Q ) Will my property be protected from heat and humidity?
A ) Yes, we are air conditioned and humidity controlled. The temperature and humidity are closely monitored throughout the day.
Q ) What type of security do you have?
A ) EMG, a nationally recognized security company, installed and monitors our facility.
Q ) What if someone tries to enter my storage unit?
A ) We have an attendant on duty during business hours. We check all people in and out. Only those authorized are allowed to enter.
Q ) Do I need insurance on the property I am storing?
A ) We do recommend insurance, however, it is your option. In most cases your homeowner's or renter's insurance will provide coverage.
Q ) Do you have equipment to help me move in?
A ) Yes, we provide handcarts to make your move as easy and convenient as possible.
Q ) Do you provide a lock?
A ) We do sell locks, however, you may already have a lock that you prefer and you may want to use that.
Q ) Why should I store with you?
A ) We are a family owned and operated business since 1997. This is our only business.
We provide personal service. We know that our customers are the reason we are in business and we work hard to earn and keep their trust. We appreciate and enjoy our customers.

Q ) Am I required to sign a long-term contract?
A ) You can store with us on a month-to-month basis. We prorate after the first month.
